Early detection is key when it comes to treating your pet, and Rover the Rhine offers complete same-day labs, including the latest equipment and an on-site laboratory. This saves time and money, and most importantly, you don’t have to wait overnight for results—meaning your pet gets a diagnosis and the treatment they need sooner.
We can perform various blood screens, pre-anesthetic bloodwork, urinalysis, and other types of pet diagnostics on-site instead of sending samples to an outside lab.
Same-day labs we provide in our hospital include:

- Pancreatic evaluation
- Renal (Kidney) profiles
- Complete blood counts
- General chemistries
- FeLV, FIV in cats
- Parvovirus in dogs
While we offer an extensive range of on-site testing, your pet may need laboratory work beyond our scope. For those cases, we partner with a high-quality external lab that will return results as quickly as possible.
